Common questions
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Paid plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Basic listing has no commitment.
What do I need to apply?
Your clinic name, a contact email and phone, your state, and the service category. For SSM-checked and MOH-registered tiers, we will request your business registration number and licence number during the onboarding process.
How long does verification take?
SSM check: typically 2 business days. MOH / regulator check: 3 to 5 business days depending on the registry response time.
Does premium placement mean I am endorsed?
No. Premium is a paid placement service. Verification status is shown separately and is based solely on regulatory cross-referencing. Paid placement does not affect the verification tier displayed on your listing.
Can I update my listing information later?
Yes. Claimed and above tiers can request listing updates by emailing health@agentmail.to. Updates are processed within 2 business days.
